IT Support Contracts

For companies that want peace of mind that their computer systems are being actively maintained as well as having help ready when its needed, our IT support contracts for business are ideal.

We offer flexible packages with unlimited remote support and optional unlimited onsite support with affordable pricing per device.

Pro-active Maintenance

With an IT support contract you benefit from our pro-active maintenance. We have our remote monitoring and management service (powered by Kaseya) as our first line of defence. This service runs on all of your workstations and laptops, monitoring them for any issues as well as automatically installing security updates as soon as they are released.

In addition, we also install Bitdefender Gravity Zone to ensure that your business computers remain virus free and are also secured against the latest vulnerabilities.

As well as these automated systems we carry out regular check-ups and maintenance on your computer systems to ensure they are running as efficiently as possible.

On-hand Support

Our team are always ready to help you and your staff with any IT issues that may arise on a day to day basis. We can provide support by email, over the phone or in person depending on your requirements.

As a contractual client, you will also given priority over ad-hoc clients giving you peace of mind that any support requests will be dealt with in a timely manner.

Flexible Pricing

If you prefer to work with us on a pay as you go basis that option is also available. Simply give our team a call as and when you need support and we can provide it on an hourly basis.

Ad-hoc

Pay for our help when you need it at an affordable hourly rate.
