Project Discovery

The first thing we need to do when embarking on a website design project is to discover what is required. This typically involves an informal chat with you, to talk about what you want to achieve with your website.

It could be that you just want a basic website to let customers know about your business, it may be that you want to provide as much information as possible about the services that you offer or you might have some specific functions in mind, such as selling your products online or accepting applications.

It doesn’t matter if you have a really good idea of what you want, or you have no idea at all. We will speak to you and gauge your requirements. If you need it, we can prompt you with some simple questions in order to help you visualise what you want from your new website.

At the end of the discovery phase, we will have a clear idea of your requirements. You will also have a better understanding of what we are going to build for you as well as the expected timeline.

Once we have all of these details we can provide you with a quote specifically for your project and we can put together a detailed plan of action so that you know exactly how the project will pan out.

What our clients say

Below you can find just a small selection of testimonials from some of our retail customers.

I can highly recommend David Silvester. He has a high level of technical competency, combined with an individual and personal approach to providing a high level of professional service.

Vincent Throp

David has been really easy and efficient to work with right through the whole project. We are a co-operative who only meet once a month, so it sometimes took us a while to get back to David and give him what he needed to proceed. He was patient and understanding and really got what we were looking for. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

To say that I am happy is an understatement. The website is everything that I dreamt of and more! David Silvester’s commitment and attention to detail to my concept and branding has been second to none. I am a new business and it was of upmost importance that my website reflected my ethos exactly. Without any knowledge of website design it was paramount that somebody helped me through this process. David held my hand through every step, from design to realisation and I cannot thank him enough for all of his time and his immense skill.
