Having never used a computer service before this was a first for me and well worth the money. I like many people who use computers are mostly task driven, in so far as you do the bare essentials like email with attachments, maybe the odd file stores on your desktop etc. But wish you could do more and make things better and easier to manage, and that's were Qwerty it services comes into play with an expert that explains things in your language.

David is a really nice guy, great service and was more than happy to work around me when needed. Would thoroughly recommend Qwerty as it was reasonably priced and honest, as well as being friendly service.

Very happy with my service. I phoned with an IT issue on short notice and David was able to see to my problem quickly. He fixed it in good time and also explained the issue well. QWERTY has recently installed a new Apple iMac system for me. There are few people within Perth and KInross who have the experience to do this. A big thumbs up for Dave from QWERTY who went above and beyond to find a tricky Mac solution involving Photos and icloud for me recently. Technically a bit lost on me, but I did appreciate him having to write a whole computer code to sort the issue (having worked on it a large part of a weekend). Especially when something involves an emotional connection like photos, their retrival was very much appreciated - thanks Dave :)
