| ** For regular clients Qwerty can operate a 15 minute minimum for remote support calls but a minimum of 1 hour in remote support calls per month is required in order to qualify for this. At the end of the month, time will be rounded up to 1 hour at minimum and then in 30 minute increments thereafter. | |
