No Callout Fees
We don’t believe in call out fees, so we don’t charge them. You only pay us for the time we actually spend fixing the problem.
Collect and Return Service
We offer a collect and return service – this is optional but we will often recommend it if there is a complex problem to be solved because it’s better for us to work on your computer in our workshop rather than spending several hours at your house. In cases where you opt for the collection and return service, we don’t charge any extra fee for this.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee to all of our customers. We always work as hard as we possibly can when fixing computers or solving problems. If there is ever a situation where you as the customer are not completely satisfied we’ll do everything that we can in order to make things right.
If our services don’t live up to your expectations then we’ll provide you with a full refund.
Affordable Pricing
We offer all of our services at an affordable rate and we try to be as transparent as possible, with all of our prices available on our website. If you are ever unhappy with any of our services we also offer a satisfaction guarantee.
