The first thing we need to do when embarking on a website design project is to discover what is required. This typically involves an informal chat with you, to talk about what you want to achieve with your website.

It could be that you just want a basic website to let customers know about your business, it may be that you want to provide as much information as possible about the services that you offer or you might have some specific functions in mind, such as selling your products online or accepting applications.

It doesn’t matter if you have a really good idea of what you want, or you have no idea at all. We will speak to you and gauge your requirements. If you need it, we can prompt you with some simple questions in order to help you visualise what you want from your new website.

At the end of the discovery phase, we will have a clear idea of your requirements. You will also have a better understanding of what we are going to build for you as well as the expected timeline.

Once we have all of these details we can provide you with a quote specifically for your project and we can put together a detailed plan of action so that you know exactly how the project will pan out.
